Description

The Graduated Cutting Board is part of our premium line of cutting boards.  We like to say that this is the last cutting board you’ll ever need.  This board overlaps laminated Maple and Walnut strips, from 1/8″ and increasing by 1/8″ up to 1 1/4″.  The end result is somewhat of an optical illusion.  This substantial board weighs in at nearly 8 lbs., and includes a 1″ chamfer cut on all sides to use as handles.  1″ rubber feet keep it from moving during  aggressive chopping.  As with all of our boards, this one comes with a 2 oz. tin of our WCW proprietary conditioning board butter.
